Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nReporting to the Manager, Human Resources the HR Systems Consultant provides strategic advice and guidance to HR Manager, Systems Analyst and Systems specialists acting as a subject matter expert. The Consultant is a key member of the HR team and is the technical expert and system administrator for the organizations HR systems including but not limited to: Time & Attendance (UKG Dimensions), Emergency and Scheduling Call-Out System (Vocantas), Volunteer Management System (volgistics), Occupational Health and Safety (Parklane), HR HelpDesk (ServiceDesk Plus).\nThis role will be responsible for generating HR/Scheduling-related reports, supporting the go-live of our UKG system, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity. Working alongside Finance and IT, the incumbent contributes to system planning and strategy while facilitating continual improvements to support organizational and HR objectives.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nPost-secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Operations/ Logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience\nWHO YOU ARE:\n5 years of experience working closely with enterprise-wide systems with a strong focus on customer service, technology enhancement, communication, problem solving and decision making\nStrong knowledge of best practices (applicant tracking, talent management, reporting, benefits administration, advanced scheduling, etc.) in a complex workforce management industry (logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare)\nPrevious experience implementing HR and complex scheduling technology solutions developing business requirements, deploying applicable technologies and business process re-engineering\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Suite including: Excel, Word and PowerPoint required\nDemonstrated understanding of HR and or scheduling processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation\nDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders to support the business and maintain IT systems\nPrevious exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects\nStrong technical skills and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to reprioritize tasks\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks often dealing and resolving difficult issues\nProject management experience leading HR systems as well as general HR projects\n2 - 5 years’ experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or equally complex sectors working with Workday and UKG Pro inclusive of UKG configuration experience\nThis position is for a current vacancy.\nOUR COMMITMENT:\nAt PRHC, we take great pride in maintaining an inclusive culture of respect and a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve.
