We are constantly searching the horizon for the right talent to help us deliver on our promise to create enduring value for clients and investors.\nPosition Description\nThe Junior Project Manager supports the project team in the planning, coordination, administration, and successful delivery of construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating stakeholders, tracking costs and changes, and supporting all aspects of project execution using Procore.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.\nMaintain project documentation in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change events.\nAssist with the preparation and administration of subcontracts, purchase orders, and contract exhibits.\nTrack and support the processing of change orders and cost proposals.\nReview and maintain Certificates of Insurance and subcontractor compliance documentation.\nCoordinate material deliveries and verify materials received on site.\nAssist with equipment and asset inventory tracking.\nPrepare project correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.\nSupport project budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement activities.\nCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to resolve project issues.\nAssist with project closeout, including turnover documentation, warranties, and as-built records.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nDiploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.\n1-3 years of construction project coordination or project management experience.\nProficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.\nStrong organizational,
