In this role, you will support projects from application review and quotation through engineering coordination and execution.\nThis role serves as a technical and commercial resource for customers, sales representatives, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can manage priorities, timelines, and project details in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond to technical product and application questions from customers and project stakeholders.\nReview specifications, drawings, schedules, and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.\nPrepare accurate quotations with clearly defined scope, selections, quantities, options, and exclusions.\nManage quote revisions, project timelines, approvals, deliverables, documentation, and required decisions.\nCoordinate technical reviews and communication among customers, sales teams, engineering, contractors, and internal departments.\nIdentify information gaps, risks, discrepancies, and application or commercial issues before they affect the project.\nCommunicate project status, priorities, and next steps clearly and escalate concerns when needed.\nDeliver technical and product presentations and represent the organization in project discussions.\nQualifications\nBackground in engineering, construction, or a related technical field through education, work experience, or a combination of work.\nStrong organization and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nClear written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, technical comprehension, and attention to detail.\nComfort working with product documentation, drawings, specifications, and schedules.\nDemonstrated ownership, follow-through, and confidence in a fast-paced technical environment.\nExperience in technical sales, estimating, project management, engineering support, or construction is preferred.\nAbility and willingness to travel throughout North America as
