The successful candidate will work directly with process owners and end users to understand how work is actually performed, identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.\nThe Process & Reporting Analyst will also work closely with ERP/IFS and other business systems, helping translate operational requirements into effective processes, system workflows, data structures, and reporting solutions. The Analyst is expected to understand the underlying business needs while identifying and improving inefficient processes, supporting process formalization, and assisting in the implementation of sustainable solutions.\nThis position is onsite only.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Analysis & Improvement\nPartner with Operations and support functions to understand, document, and improve business processes, workflows, and information flow.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or eliminate inefficient activities, manual work, duplication, and ineffective handoffs.\nWork with process owners to formalize and implement sustainable processes, including process mapping, documentation, and user support.\nBusiness & ERP Systems\nDevelop a strong understanding of ERP/IFS and how business systems support operational and support processes.\nTranslate business and process requirements into effective system, data, workflow, and reporting solutions.\nPartner with process owners, users, IT, and system resources to support system improvements, testing, implementation, and adoption.\nReporting, Analytics & Digital Solutions\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support operational decision-making.\nDevelop digital workflows and business solutions using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Excel.\nImprove how information is captured, processed, communicated, and reported while reducing manual work and disconnected tools.\nIdentify and apply opportunities to use AI, agents and automation tools to improve workflows, analysis, information access, and business processes.\n\nBusiness Partnership\nSupport process, system, workflow, and reporting needs across Production and related support functions, including Quality, Safety, Engineering, Estimating/Order Entry, Design Supply Chain, and Human Resources.\nWork directly with users to understand business needs, root causes, and how work is actually performed before developing solutions.\nBuild strong operational knowledge and act as a bridge between business users and technical/data resources.\nWork Management & Prioritization\nManage and prioritize a backlog of process improvement, system, workflow, and reporting requests based on business need, value, urgency, and effort.\nManage multiple priorities while clearly communicating status, risks, dependencies, and competing demands.\nManage work through requirements, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-up.\nAccountability: The Analyst supports process owners in formalizing and improving processes; operational leaders remain accountable for the processes themselves.\n\nQualifications\nDiploma or degree in Business, Operations, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience in business/process analysis, reporting and analytics, continuous improvement, business systems, or a related role.\nExperience developing reporting and analytical solutions using Power BI and Excel.\nExperience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Forms, or similar workflow/process tools is an asset.\nExperience working with an ERP system in a manufacturing or operational environment is strongly preferred.\nExperience supporting ERP implementation, process improvement, requirements gathering, testing, or user adoption is an asset.\nManufacturing and / or operational experience\nExperience with process mapping, requirements gathering, workflow design, process documentation, or continuous-improvement methodologies is an
