Reporting & Process Analyst Campus: 638 Raleigh St., in-person Reporting To: Plant Manager, GRD Position Summary The Reporting & Process Analyst partners with Operations and supporting functions to improve business processes, information flow, reporting, and digital workflows. This role combines business process analysis, process improvement, business systems support, workflow development, and reporting & analytics. The successful candidate will work directly with process owners and end users to understand how work is actually performed, identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. The Process & Reporting Analyst will also work closely with ERP/IFS and other business systems, helping translate operational requirements into effective processes, system workflows, data structures, and reporting solutions. The Analyst is expected to understand the underlying business needs while identifying and improving inefficient processes, supporting process formalization, and assisting in the implementation of sustainable solutions.
