Every Time.\nYour mission?\nIn this highly visible position, you will play a critical role leading complex, enterprise-level project implementations ensuring the solution will meet the customer's needs and deliver significant value to the customer's organization.\nYou will be in charge of...\nManaging multiple, large and/or complex projects (often simultaneously) in collaboration with various stakeholders (internal and external)\nFacilitating business process and functional discussions between business and IT stakeholders\nArticulating key pricing concepts and how they function in Pricefx\nHaving a high-level understanding of typical upstream/downstream IT systems with which Pricefx typically integrates\nFacilitating steering committee meetings\nMentoring and guiding other project managers and partners\nSupporting the project management competency by contributing to templates, processes, and education\nLeading or supporting approved internal initiatives as needed\nLeading project teams through successful Pricefx solution implementations using the Pricefx project methodology (Agile based).\nDefining and maintaining project plan and timeline\nManaging project communications, status reporting, and escalations\nEnsuring project team is staffed at the required levels\nBeing accountable for up-to-date project documentation\nUsing approved AI tools responsibly to improve project planning, requirements synthesis, meeting preparation, status reporting, risk and dependency identification, documentation, and delivery insight.\nApplying human judgment to all AI-assisted work: validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, bias, confidentiality, and fitness for purpose, and remaining accountable for project decisions and customer deliverables.\nWhat should you have to succeed?\n7+ years of experience as a senior project manager in the information technology sector, preferably in the pricing domain or similar\nBachelor's degree in business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience), MBA desirable\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including the ability to influence and gain the confidence of senior-level executives\nExcellent presentation skills to present complex concepts in an organized, accessible, and articulate manner to both commercial and technical audiences\nFluent English; German is a plus\nSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in SaaS software configuration and implementation\nHands-on experience using approved generative AI tools in project delivery (e.g., planning, requirements synthesis, status reporting, risk identification), with the judgment to validate outputs before relying on them\nWorking understanding of responsible AI use in a customer context, including data confidentiality, bias, accuracy, and adherence to company and customer AI policies\nThe discipline to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, high-performing team with the ability to influence stakeholders\nPricing, CPQ, Financial, or \"Big-Data\" experience is a plus\nProficiency with a project tracking tool, collaboration and communication tools, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nThis would make it easier:\n\nPMI-PMP, PMI-ACP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)\nExperience with Atlassian Software (Jira, Confluence)\nExperience introducing AI-assisted ways of working to a team, or familiarity with AI/ML-driven pricing capabilities such as price optimization and forecasting\nExposure to ERP and/or CRM systems (SAP, SFDC, MS Dynamics, …)\nOther job specifics:\nFull-time role - ability to travel up to 30% within the region, with occasional international travel\nRight to work - you must be legally entitled to work in your country of residence.\nDistributed team - we work across countries and time zones, collaborating remotely and asynchronously wherever possible, with regular in-person team meet-ups\nOffices in Czech republic\nPrague, Ostrava, Hradec Králové\nWhat will you love about us?\nOur people appreciate the warm and friendly atmosphere, as well as the flexibility and growth opportunities we provide.
