In this role, you will help assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls while supporting testing activities on behalf of management. Reporting directly to the Manager, Risk & Controls, you will play a key role in helping ensure the risks facing Priceline are identified and addressed in a pragmatic and efficient manner.\nIn this role you will get to:\nMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the Priceline.com business, industry news, and risk best practices and apply that knowledge in the context of your coverage areas\n\nManage relationships with various key stakeholders, including Internal and External Audit partners\n\nPerform management testing activities, including, end-to-end process walkthroughs, evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls on behalf of management\n\nAssist in the coordination of fieldwork activities, including interviews, evidence collection, documentation requests and other audit activities\n\nCoordinate and support SOX audit activities, including IT and business process audits\n\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business and IT SOX compliance and operational risks\n\nSupport the business on control-related matters tied to complex projects and initiatives that may impact SOX compliance\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support critical risk management activities and initiatives\n\nMonitor IT and business control performance across the business to help ensure timely and effective execution\n\nWho you are:\n3-5 years of experience coordinating IT US SOX compliance activities and maintaining IT Risk and Control Matrices/Frameworks\n\nBachelor’s degree (or above) in IT, or Accounting/Finance\n\nExperience in Risk Management and IT Audit is preferred\n\nExperience in complex agile/devops environments is preferred\n\nExcellent understanding/experience with US SOX and IT General Controls\n\nEnthusiastic, self-starting, and enjoys change and a dynamic environment\n\nAble to self-motivate, organize, and take ownership of one's own workload to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met\n\nAble to multitask and prioritize work optimally\n\nExcellent writing/verbal communication, presentation, and strong interpersonal skills\n\nIT risk/audit certificates (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CIA, ITIL) are a plus\n\nFamiliar with applicable IT frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001, 20000, 22301, etc) is a plus\n\nFamiliar with specific technology (Google Cloud, JIRA, Confluence, Optro, Workday, Excel & Google Suite) is a plus\n\nIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability, and Trust\n\nThe Right Results, The Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
