You ensure that the platform teams deliver with quality, timing, and alignment, while continuously improving the delivery process to support agility, scale, and compliance across the Developer Experience Platform.\nIn this role you will get to:\nLead Planning and Coordinate all Product releases Own and maintain the release calendar, working across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to schedule and coordinate releases.\nEnsure that releases - especially cross-team or cross-domain ones - are well-planned, communicated, and aligned to business milestones (e.g., launches, campaigns, seasonal readiness).\nDrive release readiness checkpoints, confirming that testing, documentation, approvals, and risk assessments are complete.\n\nRisk & Quality ManagementIdentify and manage risks to release quality, timing, or rollback readiness.\nPartner with QA and SRE/DevOps to enforce release criteria, stability gates, and post-release validation processes.\nMaintain controls required for compliance, audit, or change management (especially in regulated environments).\n\nCross-Team Communication & Stakeholder AlignmentServe as the central point of coordination for product and platform releases - connecting engineering, product, marketing, legal, and support.\nEnsure key stakeholders are informed of release scope, timing, and any critical changes or incidents.\nHelp shape release notes, rollout communications, or change advisories in partnership with product managers and comms leads.\n\nProcess Improvement & AutomationContinuously improve the release process, tooling, and reporting to support faster, safer, and more frequent releases.\nPartner with DevOps, SRE, and platform teams to advance CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and feature flagging strategies\nSupport the organization’s shift toward agile and continuous delivery by evolving traditional release cadences and change control practices.\n\nMetrics & Post-Release AnalysisTrack and report on release health metrics (e.g., failed deployments, change lead time, change failure rate, MTTR).\nFacilitate release retrospectives to identify and act on improvement opportunities.\nHelp assess the business and customer impact of major releases.\n\nWho you are:\nYou have 7+ years of experience in high-impact Technical Program Management role, ideally within a large-scale enterprise environment. \nYou have a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to production, encompassing engineering design, dependencies, risk mitigation and launch.\nYou have significant hands-on experience managing end-to-end delivery lifecycle for iOS and Android mobile applications, including expertise in managing specific mobile application challenges such as release coordination, App Store/Google Play submission processes, beta testing programs, feature flagging, deep linking implementation and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines optimized for mobile platforms. \nYou lead Program Increment (PI) planning events, including the preparation, execution and follow-up activities necessary to align business, product and engineering teams on shared objectives (OKRs), dependencies and committed features. \nYou build highly productive, collaborative relationships with diverse, distributed development teams, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Information Security, Quality Assurance (QA), Portfolio Management and Executive Leadership. \nYou enable safe, fast, and reliable delivery of value to customers.\nYou act as a bridge between rapid product development and operational stability.\nYou reduce friction and risk in the last mile of delivery, helping product and engineering teams move with confidence.\nA detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple competing priorities\nA strong communicator who builds bridges across technical and non-technical teams\nProactive in identifying risks and opportunities, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information\nExperienced in coordinating software releases, especially in complex environments with multiple dependencies\nCollaborative, organized, and solution-oriented, with a bias for action\nIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust\nThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
