Collaborating closely with stakeholders across diverse Finance verticals, your contributions and insights will have a direct impact on operational efficiency and executive decision-making.\nIn this role, you will:\nPartner with Finance stakeholders across multiple domains to understand business processes, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency.\n\nAnalyze large and complex datasets using SQL and BigQuery to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and actionable recommendations.\n\nPerform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and executive decision-making.\n\nProvide actionable analytical insights to support business functions and strategic initiatives.\n\nDrive process improvement initiatives by leveraging data to identify inefficiencies, automate manual processes, and optimize reporting workflows.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product to define business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.\n\nWho you are:\nBE/B.Tech with 5 - 6 years experience working in data analytics.\n\nExpert-level SQL skills with hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets, preferably with Oracle or BigQuery, but other relational databases are OK.\n\nAnalytical and proven track record in using data to measure performance and drive decision-making.\n\nExperience building dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.\n\nProficiency in Object-Oriented programming or Python.\n\nAdvanced modeling expertise utilizing Microsoft Excel is essential.\n\nStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.\n\nExperience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExperience in consulting, product-based companies, or finance analytics is preferred; finance domain knowledge is a plus\n\nIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.\n\nThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
