They’re the ones who make our deals come to life and our user experience simple and intuitive.\nWhy this job’s a big deal:\nAs a Senior Product Manager in the Product Operating Model (POM), your focus is on defining, prioritizing, and delivering products or capabilities that solve customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes. You are accountable for the success of your product, partnering closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders. You balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to ensure your product creates real value.\nIn this role you will get to:\n1. Product Discovery & Strategy\nUnderstand the flight order lifecycle through research, data analysis, and feedback loops\n\nDefine the product vision, goals, and outcomes in alignment with the group and portfolio strategy to reduce risk to flights P&L.\n\nResearch, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.\n\nTranslate data insights and market trends into product opportunities\n\n2. Outcome Ownership\nDefine, track, and deliver against product outcomes, lagging and leading indicators. Focused on outcomes over output.\n\nBalance short-term risks, long-term opportunities , technical debt, and enabler work in your product backlog.\n\nContinuously evaluate whether product initiatives are driving intended value\n\n3. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Commercial Teams, Finance, Technology, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis to bring products to market.\n\nPartner with business sponsors, portfolio managers, and cross-functional teams to align on outcomes\n\nPartner with Data teams to identify insights that drive faster decision making.\n\nAct as the voice of the flights business and advocate for value delivery in decision-making.\n\n4. Planning & Execution\nLead quarterly and sprint planning for your product team with an outcomes focused approach.\n\nEnsure dependencies are identified, managed, and communicated\n\nParticipate in demos, standups, and retrospectives to support delivery progress.\n\nRoll up your sleeves. We are a lean team and there is no job either big or too small. Some days you will be planning for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records or inspecting API responses to help the development team troubleshoot an issue. We are very hands-on.\n\nWho you are:\nRequires a Bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred.\n\n6 to 8 years of experience taking full ownership of product success by defining visions and managing priorities to drive business and customer value.\n\nA strategic thinker capable of connecting business opportunities with technical execution across engineering and design teams.\n\nStrong quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and BigQuery is advantageous.\n\nActive practitioner of the Product Operating Model, skilled at making trade-offs and empowering teams to deliver consistent value.\n\nAn effective communicator who builds alignment across teams and stakeholders fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity within the Flights team and throughout the organization\n\nExperienced at translating complex problems into clear product requirements and roadmaps with a strong understanding of technical architecture,\n\nHighly organized, self-directed, and focused on outcomes over output\n\nIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust\n\nThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life.
