Join our open, dynamic, no-red-tape mobile team including designers and server side engineers who believe in hiring people who love what they do.\nIn this role you will get to:\nYou'll be building Priceline's world-class iOS app for booking hotels, rental cars, and air travel.\n\nExtensive programming in Xcode and Swift or Objective-C\n\nKeep up to date with the latest iOS sdk & devices from Apple\n\nAbility to create A/B Tests from scratch to build a best in class consumer experience with an ever-growing demand of our user base.\n\nConstant forward thinking collaboration with passionate developers, product, and UI/UX specialists to create fast, stable native solutions built on top of Apple's latest iOS sdk.\n\nBuild relationships and interact with across multiple Native Teams, Product Managers and UI/UX Specialists to create fast, efficient, stable code, with core iOS technologies to conceptualize, build, test and realize products\n\nProvide mentorship and coach other engineers to bring fresh perspectives to the team.\n\nWho you are:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience\n\n6+ years of experience building and shipping native iOS applications, including at least one large-scale, high-traffic app live on the App Store\n\nExpert knowledge of Swift and SwiftUI, strong command of Swift Concurrency(async/await, actors, structured concurrency), the iOS SDK, and the Xcode development environment; comfortable reading and maintaining legacy Objective-C\n\nExperience architecting modular iOS codebases (MVVM / Clean Architecture, independent SPM packages with semantic versioning), and familiarity of consuming Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) shared modules via XCFrameworks/SPM would be nice to have\n\nMeticulous approach to computer science fundamentals: object-oriented programming, unit testing (XCTest), data structures, and multi-threaded/concurrent development\n\nFamiliarity with iOS CI/CD (CircleCI), TestFlight distribution, code signing, and feature-flag-driven release practices (e.g. LaunchDarkly)\n\nIllustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.\n\nThe Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it's a way of life.
