We carry out a wide range of tasks-from designing, building, and implementing solutions, through developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, to defining business requirements, supporting testing, and creating mobile applications.\nWithin the department, we provide IT consulting services, mainly for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad.\nWe are looking for:\nAI Engineering Lead (Python Software Engineer+ GenAI)\nYour future role:\nDesign and implement modern applications, \nContribute to high-performance solution architecture, \nCreate clear, maintainable project documentation, \nParticipate in software deployments and collaborate with users to resolve issues, \nPresent solutions and their implementations to clients, \nApproach solution creation creatively within the project cycle, \nSupport junior developers in the team. \nApply if you have:\nDegree in computer science or a related field, \nApproximately 2 years of experience in similar role, \nAdvanced Python and SDLC experience (6+ years), \nFamiliar with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms, \nExperience with SQL/NoSQL databases, \nDeep understanding of LLMs: transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and API integrations, \nProficiency in prompt engineering and orchestration tools (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI), \nExpertise in agentic AI design patterns, \nExperience in improvement and evaluation of RAG systems. \nFamiliarity with emerging AI trends and standards, \nStrong Python software engineering skills with coding standards and best practices, \nExperience with code reviews, debugging, testing, and version control, \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes), \nExperience containerizing AI solutions and deploying across enterprise environments, \nAbility to integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, \nStrong understanding of scaling of web applications, experience with asynchronous processing, and multithreading. \nStrong problem-solving using systems thinking and first principles, \nAbility to design scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end systems, \nExpertise in API design, event-driven architectures, microservices, serverless, and containers, \nFamiliarity with enterprise integration patterns (messaging, pub/sub, event sourcing), \nKnowledge of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and network security (VPCs, firewalls), \nExperience in developing web applications and systems processing large data sets. \nOur recruitment process:\nAfter positive CV verification our Recruiter will contact you by Phone for a short screening call,\nLet's get to know each other better during the recruitment interview.\nWith any queries please contact  with job title in the subject.\nYour personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes by PwC Advisory spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. or another PwC entity which runs a recruitment process - (list of entities).
