The successful candidate will support the onboarding process by conducting AML/KYC due diligence on behalf of our fund clients, ensuringtimelyandaccurateverification of investor identities and compliance with applicable AML regulations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform initial and ongoing AML/KYC due diligence on investors subscribing to various funds, including verification of identity, beneficial ownership, and source of funds/wealth.\n\nReview and assess investor documentation (corporate and individual)in accordance withclient-specific and regulatory requirements.\n\nConduct sanction screening, PEP and adverse media checks on investors and associated parties using approved screening tools.\n\nIdentifypotential red flags or discrepancies and escalate issues to senior analysts or the compliance team for further review.\n\nCoordinate with fund clients, intermediaries, and investors to obtain missing oradditionaldocumentation and resolve queries.\n\nMaintain detailed andaccurateAML/KYC records to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.\n\nClassify clients from a risk and regulatory perspective, ensuringaccuraterisk rating\n\nSupport periodic reviews and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes for higher-risk investors.\n\nStay abreast of AML/KYC regulatory developments affecting investor onboarding in fundjurisdictions.\n\nContribute to process improvements and compliance best practices within the investor onboarding function.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or related field preferred.\n\nAt least2 years of relevant experience in AML/KYC compliance, investor onboarding, or financial services (internships or related coursework considered).\n\nFamiliarity with AML/KYC regulatory frameworks and investor onboarding processes in fund management preferred.\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability toidentifycompliance risks.\n\nEffective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and investors.\n\nProficiencyin Microsoft Office and comfortable working with AML screening and KYC review systems.\n\nAbility to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.\n\nHigh levelof integrity, discretion, and commitment to compliance
