auditing, reviews and accounting (IFRS and IFRS for SMEs)\nResponsibilities of role:\nManage portfolio of clients\nManage and review work of staff\nRelationship building with clients and staff\nPlanning of work and staff allocations\nCoaching and training of staff\nPerformance appraisals of staff\nMonitor cost and drive efficiencies\nCompliance with PwC audit methodology and ensure quality\nProposals for new work\nComply with and drive risk management\nCompliance with audit methodology\nReport writing\nInvoice clients for work done\nCollection of outstanding debtors\nOther administrative functions\nSkill sets Required\nSelf-starter and motivated\nDisplay sound leadership skills\nAbility to manage multiple activities, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks\nHigh attention to detail and problem solving skills\nLogical reasoning and analytical ability\nAbility to build and sustain relationships\nSound administration skills\nGood communication skills\nStrong
