Your role exists to help organisations make informed decisions, strengthen their security posture and transform regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused actions that support long-term resilience.\nAdvise senior client stakeholders, including CISOs, IT security leaders and executive teams, on cybersecurity governance, risk management and resilience strategies.\nLead regulatory transformation programmes related to DORA, NIS2 and other cybersecurity frameworks, helping clients define realistic compliance roadmaps and implementation priorities.\nAssess and strengthen the security posture of AI and GenAI initiatives, covering governance, access controls, third-party risk and emerging threats.\nTranslate complex technical risks into clear business insights that support decision-making at management and board level.\nDrive the design and implementation of cybersecurity roadmaps, balancing risk reduction, operational needs and investment priorities.\nLead client engagements end-to-end, coordinating teams, managing delivery risks, reviewing key outputs and ensuring high-quality outcomes.\nStrengthen client relationships, identify emerging needs and contribute to business development activities, proposals and market opportunities.\nYour growth and opportunities\nDeepen your expertise across cybersecurity, digital resilience, AI security and regulatory transformation while working with a diverse client portfolio. Expand your leadership responsibilities through team coaching, business development and ownership of increasingly strategic engagements. Gain exposure to complex cybersecurity challenges that shape organisational resilience and long-term business performance.\nThe skills you bring\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management or a related field.\nAdvanced knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management and regulatory frameworks, including DORA, NIS2, EBA, CSSF requirements and the EU AI Act.\nAdvanced knowledge of recognised standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, with experience applying them in client environments.\nExperience leading client engagements, managing teams and coaching junior professionals.\nEnglish and French.\nWays of working\nYou structure complex information, apply sound judgment and turn risks and challenges into practical recommendations.\nYou build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders, creating alignment and driving collective outcomes.\nYou take ownership of client outcomes, anticipate needs and focus on delivering lasting value.\nYou act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.\nAdditional skills that would support your success\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, AAISM or AAIR.\nThe skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role.
