The ideal candidate will provide technical support for software applications, manage data stewardship responsibilities, and help optimize business workflows through effective use of data and software tools.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide frontline support and troubleshooting software applications used across the organization.\nAct as a Data Steward to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant standards.\nAnalyze, interpret, and resolve data discrepancies/issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nMonitor data quality and enforce data governance standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency for business reporting and decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation related to data stewardship, software support, and workflows.\nProvide training and support to end-users on software, data best practices, and data workflow tools.\nParticipate in testing new software releases, updates, and tools to ensure smooth deployment.\nAssist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and workflows as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nEnglish intermediate required\nExperience in software support, data stewardship, and reporting.\nKnowledge of database management and querying languages such as SQL.\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.\nExperience with data visualization and data wrangling tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.\nStrong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced
