You’ll work with smart people across our industry specialist organizations, and technology groups to help our customers get the most out of AWS in their cloud journey.\nYou will be part of a team that reports to the Cloud Service Delivery Director and will be an integral part of the team based in Cairo, as well as those delivering client transformation programs across the PwC Global Network, including the UK, the Netherlands and Germany.\nAs a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in the following areas:\nDesign and Implement solutions focused on customer experience and customer engagement\nLead customer discovery and design sessions\nWork with a global mindset with teams based in the UK. \nWork with PwC’s global network to bring best practices and assets to the local market\nParticipate in design activities with client and lead design and process discussions\nInteract with management levels at a client and/or within PwC/AWS\nDelivering exceptional client service and solutions\nAbility to provide estimation of effort for technical developments\nAbility to manage stream deliverables\nResponsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support\nRequired Skills :\nA service designer with a good development skills and the ability to learn quickly\nExperience in AWS core services (compute, storage, databases, analytics, networking and security)\nExperience with at least 2 AWS services (Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda)\nProven record of using customer experience and engagement tools, preferably within the AWS and Amazon ecosystem. eg.
