Architect solutions for complex cloud and DevOps challenges.\n\nEvangelist and Enforcer: Inspire and encourage adoption of the new practices amongst the DevOps BAU team, and ensure ongoing compliance.\n\nBest Practices: Implement and advocate for industry best practices in Cloud and DevOps, adapting tools and processes to meet business needs.\n\nMentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior team members, fostering professional growth and development.\n\nGlobal Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across various regions including the UK, US, and more, ensuring effective project delivery on scope, time, quality, and budget.\n\nTroubleshooting: Lead efforts in diagnosing system and service faults, conducting problem analysis, and formulating effective solutions.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nExperience: Minimum of 8+ years in DevOps roles with substantial experience in leading technical teams and architecting complex development environments.
