Information Technology (IT)Management Level\nAssociateJob Description & Summary\nJob Responsibilities:\nInstall and configure laptops to support the onboarding process of the new employees.\n\nHandle the on-boarding process in terms of delivering IT equipment, collecting relevant documentation, and giving IT induction when required.\n\nProvide IT support for all related issues in domains of hardware (laptops, Printers, smartphones (iPhoneAndroid) and software (Windows 10, Google Suite and in-house applications).\n\nProvide remote or on-site IT support for ETIC staff;\n\nPerform IT assets management activities in terms of registration, assignment, and recycling of IT assets over the relevant systems.\n\nProvide on site support for meeting rooms and video conferences.\n\nWork with firmwide IT teams to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably, and IT requests are being handled through the right channels;\n\nWork with firmwide IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement / test system solutions;\n\nResponsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT service to ETIC staff;\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n0-1 year of experience in IT Support role;\n\nImmediate Hire\n\nA self-motivated fast learner, who can demonstrate initiative and adaptability to a dynamic environment;\n\nAbility to work in a team environment with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;\n\nAndroid, IOS apps experience, Networking/Computer Science background;\n\nCCNA MCSA knowledge is preferable;\n\nITIL Foundation Certification is a plus;\n\nGood oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;\n\nProficiency in English;\n\nAdditional application instructions\nWork style: On-Site\n\nLocation: New Cairo -
