documentation.\nOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and security across environments.\nSupport production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution, ensuring system in Python and Django (or similar frameworks).\nExperience designing and building RESTful APIs and backend services.\nSolid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling.\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.\nFamiliarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.\nStrong understanding of software design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.\nProven ability to work in agile, fast-paced delivery environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Django REST Framework (DRF) or similar API frameworks.\nExposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with event-driven architectures or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).\nHands-on experience integrating AI/ML services or working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI).\nUnderstanding of data engineering concepts (pipelines, ETL, data processing).\nExperience in client-facing or consulting environments.\nLeadership & Professional Skills\nDemonstrates ownership,
