You can expect a manager who values collaboration, ownership, and high-quality outcomes.\nJob description & summary\nAs an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions within large-scale banking transformation projects. You will be responsible for:\nAnalysing business environments and mapping processes in corporate lending and collateral management.\n\nGathering, structuring, and documenting business requirements, including impact analysis on IT systems.\n\nIdentifying opportunities for optimisation across business and technology functions.\n\nDesigning technical solutions, interfaces, and integration architectures.\n\nCoordinating data mapping and transformation activities between systems.\n\nEnsuring compliance with technical standards, business requirements, and regulatory expectations.\n\nCollaborating with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams.\n\nPreparing analytical documentation, use cases, data models, and integration scenarios.\n\nFacilitating workshops and steering discussions with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nActively participating in Agile delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban.\n\nWhat matters to us\nUniversity degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in IT analysis within the banking sector.\n\nStrong knowledge of integration technologies and APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).\n\nExperience with requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nFluency in both Czech and English.\n\nWhat will help you stand out\nExperience in corporate lending and collateral management domains.\n\nKnowledge of collateral-related regulations (CRR, Basel III, etc.).\n\nExperience with data migration and transformation initiatives.\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise integration and service orchestration.\n\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments and large-scale transformation programmes.\n\nWhy you’ll love working here\nProfessional growth that matches your ambitions and pace.
