The team collaborates with various tech teams in the differentLines of Service.Together with your team, you'reresponsible for creatingnew solutionsfrom ideation to productionwith a strong focus on (Agentic) AI.This means you'reinvolved in developing new features, integrating systems, and scaling and improving solutions, all with the aim of quickly delivering innovative digital products without compromising onquality.\nYour work will include:\nDeveloping backend functionality for innovation products, primarily with Python (Django and/or FastAPI).\n\nTranslating designs and user stories into working software.\n\nDelivering features end-to-end, including testing and deployment support.\n\nBuilding and maintainingcomponents, APIs, integrationsand backend services.\n\nIntegrating frontend components with backend APIs and data services.\n\nWriting clean, secure, maintainableand scalable code.\n\nWriting unit tests and supporting integration/regression testing.\n\nPerforming peer reviews and contributing to overall code quality.\n\nSupporting troubleshooting, bug fixingand performance improvements.\n\nIdentifyingtechnical risks, dependenciesand improvement opportunities.\n\nContributing to CI/CD, DevOps practicesand Agile/Scrum events.\n\nDocumenting technical decisions and implementation details;\n\nYou'llwork closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst/Designer, Testerand Tech Lead.Some projectsyou might be prototyping a brand-new idea from scratch, or you could befurther developingexisting productsorexploring how agentic AI can solve a real businessproblemor need.\nDoes this describe you?\nTo have a differentiating impactyou'llbe user-centric and critical in your thinking and approach.
