In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of technology-enabled transformation initiatives, helping clients realise business value through ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data and digital solutions.Working alongside multidisciplinary teams across PwC, client organisations and third-party technology partners, you will provide the leadership, structure and governance needed to translate strategic objectives into successful business outcomes. This is an opportunity to work on complex and impactful engagements while growing your delivery, leadership and consulting capabilities.\nYour Mission\nAs a Project Manager, you willbe responsible forleading technology implementation and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery, go-live and transition into business-as-usual operations. You will ensure projectsremainaligned to businessobjectives,maintaineffective governance and stakeholder engagement, and support successful solution adoption.\nYou will work across a range of technologies and platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, cloud infrastructure, cyber solutions, data and analytics platforms, and broader digital transformation programmes.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled projects, from mobilisation and planning through implementation, go-live and closure.\n· Deliver ERP, CRM, HRIS, Cyber, cloud,dataand digital transformation initiatives for clients across multiple industries.\n· Own andmaintainproject plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, RAIDD logs, governanceartefactsand status reporting.\n· Manage scope, risks, issues,dependenciesand change requests, ensuringtimelyescalation and resolution.\n·Facilitateproject governance forums, projectreviewsand Steering Committee reporting.\n· Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, projectteamsand third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.\n· Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, transition andhypercareactivities whererequired.\n· Support business change,trainingand adoption activities to maximise the value realised from technology investments.\n· Lead and motivate project team members, providing direction, coaching and feedback to support high-quality delivery.\n· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned activities and the ongoing development of the PwC Digital Project Management practice.\nAbout You\n·Typically4-6 years of project management experience delivering technology or business transformation initiatives.\n· Proven experience delivering ERP, CRM, HRIS, cyber, cloud, data,analyticsor digital transformation projects.\n· Strong project planning, governance, stakeholdermanagementand delivery leadership capabilities.\n· Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks,issuesand change requests.\n· Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\n· Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external technology vendors.\n· Strong problem-solving, organisational and decision-making skills.\n· Comfortable working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.\n·Demonstratedability to lead project teams and drive accountability for delivery outcomes.\nQualifications\n· At least aBachelor'sdegree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.\n· PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.\n· PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PSM II or equivalent advanced project management certification will be considered an asset.\nNice to Have\n· Experience working in consulting or other professional services environments.\n· Experience delivering enterprise-grade platform implementations.\n· Exposure to pre-sales activities, solution shaping, effortestimationor proposal development.\n· Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MicrosoftProjector similar platforms.\nWhy PwC?
