This role bridges the gap between technical implementation, strategic advice, and regulatory compliance, focusing onData privacy regulations such asPDPA, modernDLP and data classificationtechnology, and securecloudarchitecture.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead data security engagements from strategy and roadmap development to final delivery.\n\nArchitect and advise on technical controls, including:\n\nData Discovery & Classification\n\nData Loss Prevention (DLP)\n\nEncryption technologies and Key Management\n\nOn Premise andCloud data security\n\nTranslate regulatory requirements (such asPDPA, GDPRand other regional / global regulations) into actionable technical and operational controls.\n\nMentor, coach, and develop junior consultants, fostering their careers and building team capability.\n\nSupport business development by building client relationships and contributing to proposals.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills\n7+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on data security and protection.\n\nExpertiseand experienceinData Protection regulationsisrequired.\n\nProven clientfacing and project delivery experience, preferably in professional services.\n\nExperience with data security technologies: Data Classification, DLP, Encryption, IAM,data security in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,andGCP).\n\nA passion for mentoring and developing teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nTertiarydegree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science).\n\nCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CDPSE.\n\nCloud security certifications (AWS, Azure,
