We also improve the business performance of organisations.\nWe are looking for: \nSenior Cloud Delivery Manager\nYour future role:\nLeading the successful delivery of cloud-based programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, \nDeveloping detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, \nIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts, \nCollaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients, \nEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth, \nServing as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, \nManaging client expectations and proactively addressing any issues or concerns, \nLeading and mentoring a team of project managers, consultants, and technical staff to achieve project objectives, \nContributing to the development and execution of the firm's cloud strategy, \nStaying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients. \nApply if you have:\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in cloud delivery management and business development, \nProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex cloud projects in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders, \nStrong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms and software engineering (data & AI will be an advantage), \nProactively sought new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs related to cloud services, \nExperience in cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, \nExpertise in identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients, maximizing the value of each relationship, \nExperience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the firm's expertise in cloud services, \nPresentations and pitches customization skills to align with the specific business and technical requirements of each client, \nExpertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and align with the firm's strategic goals, \nExperience with new technologies and AI-based tools demonstrated in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),\nProficiency in Business English at B2 level or above, with confidence to write technical documentation e.g., designing documents with support from Project Manager. \nNice to have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
