Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; soour clients turn to us first when it matters most.\nMake a real impact\nIn this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior OT Security Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team.\nPwC’s OT Security Practice is a strategic priority and one of the fastest-growing areas of our business, with ambitious plans for expansion through targeted hiring, alliances, and acquisitions.\nAs a Senior OT Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect their industrial systems and critical infrastructure from cyber threats. You’ll work closely with global organizations, contribute to the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects, and support the development of junior team members. You’ll be part of a high-performing team of Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Engineering professionals, bringing the best of PwC to our clients.\nAnalyse the architecture and infrastructure of OT environments across diverse industries and co-lead assessments of ICS/OT systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, IIoT), identifying cybersecurity risks and proposing mitigation strategies.\nContribute to the design and implementation of cybersecurity controls and solutions tailored to industrial systems.\nSupport the development and customization of ICS security frameworks based on standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82.\nParticipate in cybersecurity projects as part of broader transformation initiatives, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams.\nMaintain and improve asset inventories, network diagrams, and documentation related to OT security posture.\nCollaborate with IT, OT, and engineering teams to integrate security into operational processes and technology lifecycles.\nConduct research on emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in industrial cybersecurity.\nMentor junior team members, providing guidance, and support in their technical and professional development.\nContribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology refinement, and capability building within the OT cybersecurity team.\nWhat you bring matters\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Automation, Electronics, or Computer Science\n\n2-4 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity or related fields\n\nPractical experience with OT/ICS/IoT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, DCS, or IIoT through professional roles, projects, or consulting engagements\nFamiliarity with industrial protocols like OPC, Modbus, Profinet/Profibus, etc. and with technologies from major vendors (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, ABB, Schneider Electric)\nSound understanding of core OT cybersecurity concepts, (e.g. network segmentation, secure remote access, IT/OT convergence, patch management, etc.) and common OT cybersecurity threats and attack vectors (e.g., ransomware, supply chain attacks, remote access exploitation, spoofing, unauthorized mode changes, setpoint/register manipulation, firmware attacks, etc.)\nSolid knowledge of common network devices (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) and their placement in industrial environments\nFamiliarity with internationally recognized OT security standards and frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443 / ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82)\nAbility to produce clear and structured technical and non-technical documentation for diverse stakeholders\nKnowledge of IoT technologies and architectures is considered a strong plus, especially in industrial or edge computing contexts\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences\nPassion for OT cybersecurity and advisory work, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing\nExperience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams\nProfessional certifications in ICS/OT security (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP) or vendor-specific tools (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi) are considered a plus\n\nGeneral knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST-CSF, ISO 27000 series)\n\nFluent in English and Greek\n\nBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY\nYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
