during solutioning workshops and meetings with business analysts and users\n\nResponsible for the solution designing and development using ServiceNow leveraging on Now Platform App Engine\n\nCreate custom applications including creating service catalogues and configurations of workflows per user requirements\n\nConduct SIT and documentation on test results\n\nDevelop UAT test plans for user acceptance testing and sign-off\n\nRectify defects identified during UAT or post go live\n\nProvide technical inputs in the ServiceNow Solution Architecture design to support scalability and
