In this role, you will support the accurate, efficient and reliable operation of key business systems and data processes.\nThis is a back-office operational role within the Engagement Operations & Data Quality team, focused primarily on systems administration, data quality, invoicing support and internal service delivery.\nMake a real impact\nAdminister the Entersoft platform and maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date client, recipient and contact data.\nincluding legal entity names, contact details, email addresses and account status.\nReview contracts and supporting documentation to validate data and process recipient additions, amendments and removals correctly.\nProduce accurate system extracts and reports in response to business requests, ensuring information is delivered within agreed timelines.\nMonitor the central invoices mailbox, respond to requests and provide invoice documentation when required.\nSupport clients and internal project teams with system and e-invoicing queries, validate information and coordinate the timely resolution of data discrepancies.\nManage and follow up requests through the e-ticketing system, assigning or escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders and tracking them through closure.\nPerform routine data-quality checks, identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities that increase accuracy, efficiency and service quality.\nWhat you bring matters\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field.\n0-2 years of relevant experience in systems support, data administration, invoicing or customer service.\nStrong digital literacy and the ability to learn and use business systems confidently.\nStrong practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to effectively manage, analyze and report on data.\nFluency in Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrated accuracy and attention to detail when handling data, records and documentation.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with business, client and technical stakeholders.\nA proactive, accountable and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to data quality and high-quality service.\nBRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY\nYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
