Hourly Wage: $17.75 Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY Use hand tools to assemble fabricated parts and perform basic operations on manufacturing equipment/machines RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Perform various tasks including using hand tools to assemble fabricated parts at floor stations, perform basic operations on standard manufacturing machinery, and product packaging Test and calibrate assembled mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications Adhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used by the team Be aware of all Quality requirements Follow the Work Instructions and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines Identify any documentation errors and bring to the attention of the Line Leader (i.e. Bills of Material, Quality documents, Work Instructions) Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations Assist with organization and cleaning of work area
