day-to-day engineering support for Pride’s domestic and international manufacturing operations\nRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES\nAssist in developing and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality\nCollaborate with design engineers, quality engineers, production personnel, and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and product launches\nParticipate in process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles\nEvaluate existing manufacturing processes and equipment and recommend improvements under the guidance of senior engineering staff\nAssist with root cause investigations and the implementation of corrective actions to resolve production issues\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process development, validation, and implementation\nMonitor manufacturing processes and collect data to identify opportunities for improvement\nProvide daily production floor support and assist with troubleshooting manufacturing issues\nWork with suppliers and internal teams to help resolve material and process-related concerns\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards\nSupport quality, ergonomics, safety, and productivity improvement initiatives\nAssist with special projects as assigned\nTravel to domestic and international contract manufacturers as needed for product launches\nEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to management\nComplete the Annual CTPAT Security Training\nFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment\nWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external EXPERIENCE\nNo experience required\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nAt least 1 year of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role supporting production or manufacturing operations and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities preferred\nSuccessful internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or production support preferred\nAt least 6 months of work or academic experience using engineering design software and CAD, and creating or maintaining manufacturing documentation preferred\nAt least 6 months of work or academic experience analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities\nCurrent or previous successful employment with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred\nREQUIRED EDUCATION\nBachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an Associate’s Degree in a related engineering field with at least 6 years of experience developing and
