main point of contact for communication between internal departments\nProactively communicate progress and obstacles to ensure timelines are met\nTake ownership of follow-up and escalation needs\nEnsure all projects are completed on time and quality checked\nDetermine resources required for each project\nCoordinate assets for sales collateral, photography, video shoots, digital campaigns, and web projects\nManage rounds of proofing, printing, and delivery\nUtilize project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, etc.) for planning, tracking, and reporting\nAdvocate for best practices in workflow efficiency\nCollaborate on post-project analysis to identify improvements for future initiatives\nStaff management including documenting and communicating objectives, positively
