This role involves conducting user research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and creating scalable solutions that align with both user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design expertise, a deep understanding of user psychology and behavior toward digital products, and the ability to apply these insights to craft user-centered designs. They will also be responsible for preparing design documentation, developing proof of concepts (POCs) to support design decisions, and building and maintaining design systems for large-scale enterprise applications.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead UX/UI design for web-based ERP/SaaS applications from concept to implementation.\nConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design solutions.\nAnalyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve designs based on test results.\nPrepare detailed design documentation and create proof of concepts (POCs) to support and justify design decisions.\nBuild and maintain scalable design systems tailored for large-scale ERP platforms.\nStay updated with user psychology and behavioral patterns related to digital products, and apply these insights to create intuitive, user-centered designs.\nCreate wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets.\nCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design\nfeasibility and user satisfaction.\nEstablish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.\nAdvocate Marketing Lead.\nRequirements\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or a related field): UX/UI Design, Graphic Design\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, especially in designing ERP systems or SaaS-based platforms.\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Services, Product-based Platforms, Enterprise Applications.\nProven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for ERP or SaaS products.\nProficiency in Figma (preferable), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools.\nStrong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and responsive UI design.\nExperience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, and analyzing test results to drive design improvements.\nFamiliarity with HTML5/CSS3, Tailwind CSS is a plus.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.\nAttention to detail in layout, typography, color
