This role is critical in keeping our aluminum extrusion operations running safely and efficiently.\nIf you’re mechanically inclined, take pride in solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment-we want to hear from you.\nSchedule\n3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM\n12-hour swing schedule 2-2-3, 3 day weekend every other week\nOvertime as needed based on production demands\nPay & Benefits\nCompetitive hourly wage based on experience 28-36 an hour\nOvertime opportunities\nPPE reimbursement program\nFull benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.)\nPaid time off & holiday pay\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform preventative maintenance on production equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems\nDiagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime\nRead and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints\nComplete work orders and maintenance logs accurately\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment\nCollaborate with production teams to support operations\nQualifications\nPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred\nStrong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nWillingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule\nAbility to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in an industrial environment\nMet Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly)\nWhy Pries?\nAt Pries, you’re not just fixing equipment-you’re helping build products that support industries across the country.
