In this entry-level role, you will enter, update, maintain, and audit employee information, partnering closely with HR staff and managers to ensure data changes in our HRIS system are processed accurately and on time. This position is eligible for remote work, with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.\nKey Responsibilities/Accountabilities:\nServe as the primary recipient for Personnel Action requests (PAFs) and other documentation related to employee information.\nVerify submitted requests and confirm proper approvals to process employee transactions, including new hires, transfers, terminations, and job or salary changes.\nProcess all data transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering strictly to payroll schedules and processing deadlines.\nEnsure secure, professional, and confidential handling of all sensitive employee information.\nAudit completed transactions for accuracy and compliance with both company policies and regulatory standards.\nCollaborate with the Payroll department to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to employee pay.\nEscalate complex issues appropriately while closely following standard operating procedures, directives, and guidelines.\nUphold organizational and department-specific standards regarding safety, confidentiality, core values, and corporate policies.\nQualifications:\nExperience: 0-2 years of experience in a data entry, HR coordinator, or similar administrative role.\nTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nData Accuracy: Fast, efficient, and highly accurate data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nTime Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.\nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach to working with others.\nCustomer Service: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to support internal staff and managers.\nConfidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle, maintain, and protect highly confidential and sensitive information.\nFlexibility: Ability to work flexible hours or days as needed to accommodate payroll deadlines and business demands.\nWorkday Experience: Prior experience utilizing the Workday HRIS platform is preferred but not required.\nStarting Salary: $20-$24/hour\nCompany Overview:\nPrimoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
