We work closely with the UK CFO, UK Leadership and Group Finance to shape the UK Strategy, translate it into financial and operational plans, monitor performance and support the most important decisions as the business scales.\nAs Strategic Finance Associate, you will work closely with the UK CFO, the wider Finance team and senior leaders across the UK business, taking full ownership of high-impact workstreams across planning, forecasting, performance management and strategic projects. You will be supported by a Strategic Finance Analyst and expected to drive your work from problem definition and analysis through to insight, recommendation and execution.\nStrong technical and analytical capabilities are foundational: You will be expected to develop robust financial models, business plans, forecasts and scenarios.
