Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:\nConduct learning needs analysis and stakeholder discovery to identify development requirements and shape local L&D strategies.\nDesign, develop, and deliver learning programmes across onboarding, technical skills, customer experience, career progression, and leadership development.\nManage the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple learning initiatives, including Apprenticeship Levy programmes and market-specific training solutions.\nFacilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events while managing associated logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination.\nEvaluate programme effectiveness through data, reporting, and ROI analysis, making recommendations for continuous improvement and learning innovation.\nManage learning systems, supplier relationships, learning records, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and tracking of all L&D activities.\n What You’ll Bring\nHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:\n5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of designing and delivering a broad range of training and development initiatives.\nStrong understanding of corporate and retail learning principles, best practices, and employee development methodologies.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.\nProven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the business.\nDemonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, deliver strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments, and navigate change, complexity, and ambiguity.\nExperience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed workforces, combined with a genuine passion for people development and continuous learning.\n Does this sound like you?
