This individual will be responsible for maintaining robust programme controls, reporting frameworks, resource governance, and delivery standards across the programme lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring senior PMO experience from complex, multi-workstream technology or retail transformation programmes.\n Lead the day-to-day operation of the PMO function across the EPOS transformation\nEnforce programme governance standards, processes, and reporting cycles adhering to Primark policies and Delivery Governance Framework\nOwn the programme’s RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework and ensure effective tracking and escalation\nOversee integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and dependency management\nManage programme reporting to steering groups, exec stakeholders, and senior leadership\nSupport programme/quality assurance across all delivery activities, including stage gates and audit readiness\n Proven 5+ years minimum experience supporting PMO functions in large-scale, complex programmes (ideally retail or EPOS-related)\nExceptional skills in governance, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting\nExperience in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project portfolio tools (e.g. Planisware, Clarity, or similar)\nStrong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills at all levels\nDesirable:\nPRINCE2, MSP, P3O or similar certifications\nBackground in technology or retail transformation\n About Primark\nAt Primark, people matter.
