You'll turn business needs into practical solutions that improve processes, user experience and decision-making.\nThis role sits at the intersection of procurement technology, workflow design, platform administration, business analysis, process optimisation and data insights. Combining hands-on systems support with continuous improvement, you'll help shape how procurement tools and processes evolve across the organisation.\nWorking with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Technology teams and external vendors, you'll support and enhance Primark's procurement digital ecosystem, including intake and orchestration, Zip, Source-to-Pay (S2P), supplier onboarding, e-sourcing and supplier management platforms. You'll operate within established governance while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve adoption and deliver better business outcomes.\nWe want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:\nDigital Workflow & Process Improvement\nDesign, configure, and optimise procurement workflows and digital processes.\n\nSupport and coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of workflows, including requirements gathering, prioritisation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve procurement processes.\n\nFacilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processes.\n\nSupport the implementation of new procurement technologies and capabilities.\n\nWork closely with internal teams and external technology vendors to deliver system enhancements.\n\nSupport backlog management and prioritisation activities alongside the Source-to-Pay Product Owner.\n\nProcurement Technology & Platform Administration\nAdminister and support procurement technology platforms and digital tools.\n\nAct as a key administrator for Zip, managing workflow configuration, platform support, and user access within the governance standards, priorities, and decision rights set by the Procurement Digital & Data Manager and Source-to-Pay Product Owner.\n\nMaintain system documentation, configuration records, and platform controls.\n\nTroubleshoot workflow and platform issues and coordinate resolution with technology teams and vendors.\n\nEnsure data integrity and support the execution of platform governance activities within the established governance framework.\n\nAssist with ongoing platform enhancements and new feature deployments.\n\nSupport business-critical procurement processes including supplier onboarding and procurement operations.\n\nData, Reporting & Analytics\nAnalyse platform usage, workflow performance, operational metrics, and user adoption trends.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management insights.\n\nUse data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimisation.\n\nMonitor data quality and platform performance.\n\nSupport automation initiatives through data analysis and reporting.\n\nProvide insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nUser Engagement & Adoption\nPartner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology functions.\n\nGather user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.\n\nSupport change management and user adoption initiatives.\n\nCreate and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation.\n\nDeliver end-user training sessions and platform demonstrations.\n\nMonitor engagement metrics and recommend actions to improve adoption.\n\n What You’ll Bring\nHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:\nExperience managing digital platforms, designing workflows, and delivering process improvements within procurement, finance, supply chain, or operational environments.\nStrong understanding of procurement technologies and source-to-pay solutions (such as Zip, Oracle, Coupa, or similar), including platform administration, user management, governance, and troubleshooting.\nProven ability to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions, working within agile environments to support backlog management, testing, and continuous improvement.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Procurement, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience leveraging reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to drive data-led decision-making.\nA proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, with a passion for digital transformation, process innovation, user experience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.\n Excited?
