Because Primark is all about tailoring to you, we offer Tax Saver Tickets, fitness centre, and a subsidised cafeteria.\n What You’ll Bring \nHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:\n5+ years’ experience in Product Merchandising or Branch Merchandising, operating at Merchandiser level with end-to-end category ownership, ideally within a fast-paced fashion retail environment.\nStrong expertise in grading, range building, forecasting and trading analysis, with advanced Excel skills and experience using merchandising, planning and analytics systems.\nProven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders across Buying, Merchandising and Design, using data-driven insights to shape product strategy and commercial decisions.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market trends into clear, compelling recommendations.\nHighly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic retail environment.\nA proactive and collaborative approach, with the credibility to build strong cross-functional relationships, drive alignment and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nExcited?
