Because Primark is all about tailoring to you, we offer Tax Saver Tickets, fitness centre, and a subsidised cafeteria.\n The S2P Procurement Manager is the enterprise process leader for the global Source To Contract (S2C) operating model, accountable for setting the strategy, standards, governance and multi-year transformation roadmap across sourcing, contracting, buying and supplier enablement, and is responsible for integration with Procure-to-Pay. The role converts Procurement strategy into scalable global ways of working, delivers measurable value, control and user experience improvements, and deputises for the Head of Procurement Excellence on S2P matters where required.\nKey responsibilities:\nOwn and govern Primark’s global Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, ensuring consistency, compliance and best practice across the business.\nDefine and maintain global procurement processes, policies, standards, controls and operating models.\nLead the development and delivery of the multi-year S2P transformation strategy and roadmap.\nAct as the senior procurement lead for S2P transformation, ensuring programmes deliver agreed business outcomes.\nProvide strategic advice to senior leaders on procurement capabilities, operating models, technology investment and risk management.\nLead S2C governance forums, driving decision-making and escalating key risks where required.\nOwn global S2C performance metrics, driving improvements in compliance, efficiency, user experience and value delivery.\nEstablish KPIs, reporting and management information to support data-driven decision-making.\nUse data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure robust governance, controls and third-party risk management across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.\nPartner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to strengthen controls and address process gaps.\nShape and sponsor procurement technology, automation, AI and data initiatives to support business goals.\nDrive adoption of standard tools, processes and ways of working across regions and functions.\nInfluence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Technology, GBS and the wider business.\nBuild organisational capability through leadership, coaching, change management and continuous improvement programmes.\n Extensive experience in senior procurement, global process ownership or enterprise transformation roles within complex international organisations.\nProven track record leading end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) strategy, transformation and change programmes.\nExpertise in designing and implementing global procurement processes, operating models and governance frameworks.\nStrong experience driving standardisation, digitisation, automation and scalable procurement solutions.\nAbility to develop business cases and present strategic recommendations, risks and performance outcomes to executive stakeholders.\nDeep knowledge of procurement governance, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, third-party risk and Procure-to-Pay integration.\nStrong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate transformation initiatives into measurable business value.\nExperience working across Procurement, Finance and Shared Services/GBS environments to deliver end-to-end process improvements.\nProven success enabling procurement technology, data, analytics and AI-driven improvements.\nStrong capability in defining KPIs, performance frameworks and continuous improvement programmes.\nExperience building organisational capability, developing teams and embedding a culture of excellence.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders.\nStrong problem-solving, strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.\nHighly organised, results-focused and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nDemonstrates Primark values and behaviours, with a collaborative, curious and change-driven mindset.\n Does this sound like you?
