And do it your way.\nOur technology team is actively seeking an Strategic Technology Partner Analyst supports Primark’s Technology Supplier Management team by turning supplier, contract, commercial, financial, risk and performance information into clear insights and actions. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:\nAnalyse supplier spend, contracts, SOWs, rate cards, demand, performance and market developments to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Turn complex information into clear recommendations and executive-ready insights.\nSupport strategic partner account plans and maintain pipelines covering value creation, innovation, transformation, investment and cost optimisation. Track partner commitments, actions, benefits and outcomes through to completion.\nCoordinate supplier governance including meeting schedules, agendas, executive packs, scorecards, decisions and actions. Prepare materials for performance reviews, quarterly business reviews and executive forums.\nReview and coordinate SOWs, contracts, rate cards, renewals and commercial dependencies. Provide spend, pricing and benchmarking analysis to support negotiations, investment decisions, savings and cost optimisation.\nMonitor KPIs, SLAs, supplier scorecards, risks, issues and contractual obligations. Support improvement plans, third-party risk assessments and compliance reviews, escalating significant risks or control gaps.\nMaintain a clear view of partner relationships, commercial performance, risk, value and account plans. Improve data quality, reporting and processes while collaborating across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, business stakeholders and supplier teams.\n What You’ll Bring\nHere at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued - so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:\nTypically 2-4 years of relevant experience in supplier management, commercial analysis, procurement, contract management, finance, PMO, service management or a related discipline.\nExperience analysing financial, commercial, contractual and supplier performance information, with the ability to present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.\nGood understanding of Statements of Work, contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, risk, governance and supplier lifecycle activities, with experience supporting governance forums, QBRs, performance reviews and account planning.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience producing accurate reports, executive materials, scorecards and dashboards. Experience with data visualisation tools is desirable.\nStrong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships, manage multiple priorities and confidently challenge or escalate issues when required.\nProactive and delivery focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement, data quality and timely completion of actions. Able to identify commercial, value, innovation and risk opportunities while operating with integrity, sound judgement and a genuine interest in the Primark brand.\n Does this sound like you?
