have an opening for an experienced Project Coordinator on the Burnaby team.\nResponsibilities:\nProject Support\nProvide project support and coordination to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.\nEffectively communicate with all project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.\nMaintain accurate project tracking and data entry.\nManage municipal and 3rd party approvals (Utility Line Assignments, URWs, Joint Use, etc).\nVerify receipt of services procured to support payment of supplier invoices.\nRequest cost quotations from internal design, material, and construction resources.\nSummarize and evaluate project financial outcomes at completion.\nProfessionally interface with key external personnel including, clients, host utilities, approving authorities, and others as required to learn their requirements so that Primary can be compliant with them.\nOther duties as required.\nFinancial Support\nPrepare and enter invoicing in the accounting software.\nComplete billing and invoicing for various clients.\nProject administration, including the timely performance of administrative tasks to initiate, monitor progress, close, bill, and archive project files digitally.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 2 years of post-secondary education in business administration, project management, or accounting.\nPrevious experience with Acumatica, or other Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) software systems is required.\nExperience working in the electric utility, or a related engineering/construction environment would be an asset.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nAdditional Assets:\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, which include the ability to prepare reports, format documents, and draft official letters and correspondence.\nAbility to work within a deadline-oriented team environment, to prioritize work, and to work independently.\nStrong organizational
