This role ensures that all phases of construction are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary and resource constraints.\nWhat you'll do\nDevelop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules. \nCoordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project managers to gather input and update project timelines. \nIntegrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master project schedule. \nAnalyze schedule impacts due to design changes, field conditions, or delays and propose mitigation strategies. \nGenerate and distribute regular schedule reports, including look-aheads, critical path analyses, and schedule risk assessments. \nFacilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones and deliverables. \nMonitor progress and flag potential schedule risks, bottlenecks, or delays early. \nEnsure all schedules comply with contractual obligations, project goals, and client expectations. \nSupport earned value analysis, productivity tracking, and reporting requirements. \nParticipate in project closeout by documenting final schedules, lessons learned, and performance metrics. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience \n5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, with at least 2 years on data center or mission-critical facility projects. \nStrong understanding of construction processes, phases, and typical sequencing, especially in MEP-intensive environments. \nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. \nExperience with BIM, Procore, or other construction management tools. \nScheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary range and performance bonus program with a range of $100k-140k along with an annual performance bonus & an additional project bonus plan\n401k up to a 4% employer dollar-for-dollar match that fully vested upon enrollment\n100% employee premiums paid by employerfor medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability\n4+ weeksof Paid Time Off + Sick time\nApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.\nPrime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
