Reporting to the VP, Legal, this role will lead contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management across construction, procurement, and supply chain agreements supporting Prime's growing pipeline of data center builds.\nWhat you'll do\nStructure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting Prime's data center construction program, including EPC and design-build contracts, general contractor and trade contractor agreements, equipment procurement and supply agreements, and related vendor arrangements. \nLead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other counterparties on construction and procurement matters, balancing legal risk against project timelines and cost objectives. \nManage outside counsel engaged on construction-related matters, holding firms to a rigorous bar on scope, quality, and spend. \nPartner cross-functionally with Construction, Design, and Procurement teams to keep deals and projects moving without unnecessary legal friction. \nAdvise business stakeholders on construction-related legal and commercial risk, translating complex issues into clear, actionable guidance. \nDevelop and maintain standard-form contracts, playbooks, and templates to improve consistency and efficiency across Prime's construction contracting. \nQualifications\nJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. \n5+ years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating construction, procurement, or supply chain agreements, ideally including data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects. \nStrong working knowledge of construction contracting frameworks (e.g., EPC, design-build, AIA-form contracts) and related risk allocation issues (indemnification, insurance, lien waivers, liquidated damages). \nProven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent transactions independently in a fast-paced environment. \nExcellent drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills. \nBenefits\nCompetitive salary range and performance bonus program\n401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match\n100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability\nPaid Time Off + Sick time\nApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.\nPrime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
