This role assists project managers with scheduling, documentation, budgeting, procurement coordination, contractor management, and project reporting to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience supporting construction or technical infrastructure projects, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport Project Managers in the successful execution of data center construction projects. \nCoordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs. \nTrack project schedules and milestones using project management software. \nMaintain project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and cost reports. \nCoordinate communication among owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and consultants. \nMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. \nAssist with procurement activities, material tracking, and delivery schedules. \nFacilitate weekly project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and action item logs. \nSupport quality assurance, commissioning, and closeout activities. \nEnsure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and project procedures. \nMaintain accurate project records and reporting documentation. \nAssist with risk tracking and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. \nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred. \n2+ years of project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or related experience. \nExperience supporting construction, technology infrastructure, telecommunications, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred. \nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. \nPreferred\nExperience supporting data center, mission-critical, electrical, mechanical, or large commercial construction projects. \nFamiliarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. \nKnowledge of RFI, submittal, commissioning, and change management processes. \nCAPM, PMP, or Construction Management certifications are a plus. \nUnderstanding of MEP systems, commissioning activities, and construction workflows. \nBenefits\nCompetitive salary range and performance bonus program\n401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match\n100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability\nPaid Time Off + Sick time\nApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.\nPrime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
