You will bring deep expertise in sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting to help us attract and hire top talent.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, from intake through offer and close\nPartner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview processes\nDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs\nAct as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on interview best practices\nManage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and a positive impression of the company\nLead and/or mentor other recruiters, sharing best practices and helping raise the bar for the broader talent acquisition function\nUse recruiting data and metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) to inform strategy and continuously improve processes\nEnsure a consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring process across all stages\nCollaborate with People/HR partners on offer structuring, negotiation, and closing strategies\nContribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruiting events as needed\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for senior or specialized roles\nProven track record of building and executing effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, etc.)\nStrong consultative and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nSolid understanding of recruiting metrics and comfort using an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) to manage pipelines and report on results\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nA commitment to fair, inclusive, and candidate-centered hiring practices\nExperience recruiting in [industry/function], a plus\nNice to Have\nExperience mentoring or leading other recruiters\nFamiliarity with compensation benchmarking tools\nPrior experience scaling recruiting processes in a high-growth environment\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary range and performance bonus program\n401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match\n100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability\nPaid Time Off + Sick time\nApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.\nPrime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
