consideration!\nWhat You Will Do\nManage project development from initiation to completion\nBe accountable for project\nWork with all stakeholders to complete project outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, etc.\nClearly communicate expectations to team members\nAct as mediator between stakeholders and team members\nResolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life\nEffectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with change order\nLead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis\nProcure work and develop new relationships\nWhat You Will Need to be Successful\nMinimum 3 years work experience in electrical project management required\nDegree in Construction Management, Business, or Engineering preferred\nSolid knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principals and techniques\nMust be capable of electrical estimating to produce job change orders, evaluate and apply job estimates and assist with new estimates as required\nMust be proficient with project management tools and software Experience with Accubid Estimating systems is preferred\nKnowledge of and experience with integrated job cost systems to budget, and evaluate reports\nKnowledge of and experience with design-build delivery models\nExperience with identification and quantification of project impacts\nAbility to use commercial judgment in customer relations\nExtensive knowledge and experience in estimating, including the ability to accurately assess project costs and provide comprehensive estimates.\nProven track record of effectively managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary
