residential territories\nMeet or exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets\nPresent the benefits of fiber internet, tailoring your approach to each homeowner\nAnswer questions about service availability, pricing, features, and installation\nBuild positive relationships with homeowners, HOAs, and local communities\nAccurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups\nProvide feedback from the field to help improve sales and marketing strategies\nParticipate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training\nRepresent PRIME Fiber and its service partners professionally in every customer interaction\nQualifications\nRequirements\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nComfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors for extended periods in Florida's weather conditions\nAvailable to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are most likely to be home\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills\nSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule and territory\nAbility to work independently while contributing to team sales goals\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious outside sales, door-to-door, or direct sales experience\nDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets\nExperience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber internet, or related industries\nFamiliarity with Southwest Florida communities, particularly Naples and Bonita Springs\nWhat We Offer\n$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with a target OTE of
