We desire to give back to the community and to each other.\nInnovation & Uniqueness - We desire to be a true oasis in the region and embrace our identity.\nHonesty & Integrity- We believe in being truthful and transparent, while maintaining professionalism, to our associates and guests in all situations, even when the situation is difficult.\nResponsibilities\nThe 2nd Shift Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness both in guest rooms and public space, while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to our guests.\nResponsibilities:\nCleans public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms and other front and back of house areas.\nCleaning of guest rooms to include dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens and cleaning bathrooms.\nPerforms tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, washing windows, assist in laundry, cleaning/ buffing floors and disposing of interior/exterior garbage.\nReports any maintenance concerns and items in need of repair\nStocks and maintains cart and supply rooms, as needed\nPerforms deep cleaning tasks and special projects\nDeliver guest requested items\nDirects guest to guest rooms and meeting rooms, as needed.\nHandles guest inquiries. This position is required to work with our guests to ensure overall satisfaction. This position must take the initiative to be creative when resolving gust inquires/ challenges.\nQualifications\nRequirements:\nExcellent time management skills\nStrong organizational skills\nMust be an extremely honest person with high levels of integrity\nMust excel in a fast paced environment\nA keen eye for detail\nMust have a positive, cheerful disposition\nPrior professional cleaning experience required\nShift is from 3:30pm-12am\nWeekends are required\nWorking Environment:\nPrimarily indoor working conditions in a fast-paced environment.
