This role will work closely with existing team members to ensure endpoint devices are secure, compliant, and operationally healthy across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate will be hands-on, ticket-driven, and comfortable operating in an MSP or enterprise environment, with the ability to contribute immediately to patching efforts and assist with remediating a backlog of deployments in Liongard.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEndpoint Patching & Maintenance\nPerform patching and updates for client systems using Kaseya VSA.\nManage and deploy operating system and application patches through Microsoft Intune.\nSupport patching activities using Datto RMM, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring successful deployment.\nGenerate and maintain patch compliance reports, ensuring systems meet security and compliance standards.\nEndpoint Management & Automation\nDeploy, update, and manage third-party applications across endpoint devices.\nUse PowerShell scripting to automate endpoint tasks, improve efficiency, and resolve recurring issues.\nMaintain endpoint performance, stability, and security across multiple environments.\nTicketing & Operational Support\nHandle and resolve incidents, service requests, and patch-related issues via the ConnectWise ticketing system.\nWork independently on L2-level tasks while escalating complex issues when appropriate.\nFollow defined SLAs and operational processes in a high-volume, ticket-driven environment.\nAsset Management & Documentation (Liongard Focus)\nMaintain accurate endpoint documentation and asset visibility using Liongard.\nAssist with remediating an existing backlog of Liongard deployments, including:\nReviewing and fixing failed or incomplete inspections\nRe-establishing connections and configurations\nCleaning up and validating asset data\nEnsure endpoint configurations and asset records are current and reliable.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in endpoint management, systems engineering, or desktop support roles\nStrong hands-on experience with endpoint patching and update management\nExperience with one or more RMM/MDM tools such as Kaseya VSA, Microsoft Intune, or Datto RMM\nFamiliarity with ConnectWise or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms\nWorking knowledge of PowerShell scripting\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills\nAbility to work independently in an L2 capacity with minimal supervision\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\nExperience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment\nPrevious experience with Liongard, particularly asset management and remediation\nExposure to patch compliance reporting and audit support\nUnderstanding of endpoint security best practices\nRole Level &
